Package Lead - Mechanical - Pharma Construction
- - Lead mechanical construction package for pharma laboratory and office retrofit, including HVAC, clean utilities, and process systems installation
- Interface with design consultants and engineers to resolve mechanical design issues, review submittals, and ensure constructability of systems
- Supervise mechanical contractors and subcontractors, ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and pharmaceutical industry requirements
- Coordinate mechanical system tie-ins with existing facility infrastructure while maintaining operational continuity and contamination control
- Implement inspection procedures for mechanical installations, witness testing, and ensure systems meet design performance criteria
- Develop mechanical package schedules, coordinate with other trades, and manage critical path activities for timely project delivery
- Prepare mechanical systems for commissioning activities, coordinate with commissioning agents, and support startup procedures
- Maintain as-built documentation, equipment data, test records, and coordinate turnover packages for mechanical systems
- - Minimum 8-10 years mechanical construction experience with 5+ years in pharma, biotech, or regulated industries
- Comprehensive knowledge of pharma HVAC systems, clean utilities, compressed air, and laboratory exhaust systems
- Proven experience leading mechanical packages on complex construction projects with multiple stakeholders
- Understanding of pharma mechanical system requirements, cGMP standards, and clean room construction practices
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline
