- - Direct overall construction activities for pharmaceutical laboratory and office retrofit project, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget parameters
- Lead multidisciplinary construction teams including mechanical, electrical, CSA package leads, and coordinate with safety, contracts, and commissioning personnel
- Ensure all construction activities comply with pharmaceutical industry standards, cGMP requirements, and applicable building codes for laboratory environments
- Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, coordinate sequencing of retrofit activities to minimize disruption to ongoing operations
- Implement quality control procedures specific to pharma construction, oversee inspections, and ensure work meets design specifications and industry standards
- Interface with client representatives, designers, regulatory inspectors, and facility ops teams throughout project execution
- Identify construction risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and clients, including schedule status, budget performance, and issue resolution
- :
- Minimum 10-12 years construction management experience with 5+ years in pharma, biotech, or regulated industry projects
- Understanding of pharma facility requirements, clean room construction, and laboratory infrastructure systems
- Demonstrated experience managing large projects with multiple trades and complex scheduling requirements
- Knowledge of cGMP construction practices, inspection processes, and pharma facility design standards
- Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to coordinate diverse stakeholder groups
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities for complex construction challenges in regulated environments
- Effective communication skills for client interaction and regulatory interface
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget in challenging operational settings
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
