Contracts Admin Manager - Pharma Construction
- - Administer construction contracts ensuring compliance with terms, conditions, and pharma industry requirements
- Manage procurement processes for construction packages, coordinate bid evaluations, and support contract award decisions
- Process and evaluate change orders, assess cost and schedule impacts, and coordinate approvals through established pharma project protocols
- Monitor contract performance, process progress payments, track budget performance, and maintain detailed financial records for all construction packages
- Identify contractual risks, coordinate insurance requirements, and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical facility access and security protocols
- Maintain comprehensive contract documentation, correspondence files, and ensure proper record-keeping for regulatory compliance
- Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers, coordinate performance evaluations, and resolve contractual disputes
- Ensure contractors meet pharmaceutical industry requirements including personnel clearances, training certifications, and regulatory compliance
- - Minimum 8-10 years contracts administration experience with 3+ years in pharma, biotech, or regulated industry construction
- Comprehensive understanding of construction contract types, payment processes, and change order management procedures
- Strong financial analysis skills with experience in project cost control, budget management, and payment processing
- Knowledge of pharma industry contracting requirements, security protocols, and compliance documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
