As part of our Managed Detection and Response department, your mission will be to help us provide the best-in-class services to our clients as they run. By accompanying the client with the management of their security devices, and by continuously improving our processes and operations capabilities, you will be helping make the customer’s life more secure.The Security Device Technician is responsible for handling cases, ensuring smooth security operations, and supporting health monitoring processes. This role is critical in maintaining the efficiency of security infrastructure by providing technical support, improving automation, and ensuring timely case resolution.
