Reporting Specialist (fixed term contract)

The main focus is to support and ensure the completion and integrity of reporting process and supervise the cost accounting activities:

• Assist internal and external auditors, contribute to document controls related to Sox requirements , quarterly SEC filings;
• Support the monthly financial reporting requests from HQ;
• Assist to perform consolidated BS & PL monthly analysis;
• Perform ad-hoc finance projects and analysis;
• Understand the reason of variances between COGS actual data and COGS forecast data;
• Supervise and support cost accounting activities;
• Verify accurate average costs and standards cost;
• Support to monitor the cost center plan and chart of accounts;
• Support to coordinate with subsidiaries and Accounting Share Service during financial closing process;

• A bachelor or master degree in finance.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in finance with experience in accounting and/or consolidation.
• Accounting principles knowledge: USGaap and/or IFRS
• Knowledge of JDEdwards/HFM Hyperion is a plus
• Strong Excel skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Analytical minded, controls oriented, good communication skills and strong team player
