With 150 employees and more than 4.000 Trusted Professional Cleaning Agents with headquarters based in Switzerland and expanding across Europe, we are making that a reality.Batgroup was created in order to reinforce our primary mission: the fight against Black Market and making sure that the cleaning industry workers have the coverage and insurance that they should benefit from. Within the Batgroup, we have a variety of identities that we provide, allowing a large assortment of services, from booking a cleaning through Batmaid to hiring their house cleaning employees through Batsoft.
This is a 6-month full-time internship, starting as soon as possible or upon agreement.
Your Responsibilities
You’ll support and help drive our high-volume recruitment efforts for cleaning agents - from initial sourcing to onboarding. You’ll be an essential part of the HR team and directly impact the quality and satisfaction of our workforce.- Manage the full recruitment cycle: screening, coordinating interviews, supporting onboarding
- Review incoming applications daily and help shortlist candidates within 24 hours (weekdays only)
- Schedule and organize 1:1 interviews in close collaboration with the Recruitment Associate
- Ensure timely and clear communication with applicants and hiring partners via phone and email
- Keep recruitment data up to date — including agent availability, ZIP code coverage, and scoring
- Answer internal tickets and candidate inquiries within 24 hours (excluding weekends)
- Assist with onboarding coordination and ensure candidates complete all necessary steps
- Support HR initiatives that focus on agent retention, satisfaction, and performance
- Help improve internal processes, tools, and documentation across the recruitment journey
- You're currently a student or recent graduate in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- You have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks at once
- You're confident in communicating by phone and email in a professional setting
- You’re fluent in French and English
- You're detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy working with people
