Our client is looking for an Administrative & Office Assistant to provide essential support during a transition period. This is a hands-on and varied role in a fast-paced, international environment, offering the opportunity to evolve into a long-term position.

We will start with a 3 month mission.

Administrative & Office Assistant (60-80%) - 3-Month Contract

Our client is an international organisation.

Missions
  • Provide office management support on-site, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Manage general correspondence and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support operational coordination across teams on day-to-day administrative matters
  • Handle shared inbox management (e.g. general office email), internal communications, and information flow
  • Assist with internal reporting (data entry, proofreading, document comparisons, donor lists, etc.)
  • Organize meetings, calendars, and visits
  • Manage mail, invoices, and administrative exchanges with authorities, suppliers, and service providers
Profil du candidat
  • Previous experience in an administrative/assistant role, ideally in an international or fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment with remote and international teams
  • Proactive, able to prioritize, follow up on tasks, and close pending items
  • Confident in managing multiple priorities and supporting a busy manager
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge constructively and bring structure
