- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in manufacturing, quality, R&D, automation, and maintenance.
- Source and assess candidates through interviews, CV screening, and technical evaluations.
- Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
- Conduct business development to expand your client portfolio.
- Write and publish job advertisements tailored to specific roles.
- Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to both clients and candidates.
- Negotiate offers and support onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate records in the recruitment CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and best practices.
- Degree from an engineering school or experience in a technical environment.
- Strong interest in recruitment and commercial activities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
- Willing to be based in Geneva (4 days a week).
