Governance Assistant - 3 months

Our client is Swiss Foundation.
Missions- Provide administrative and logistical support to governance-related meetings and processes
- Draft, edit, and proofread high-quality documents, reports, and correspondence in English
- Coordinate scheduling, prepare agendas, and take minutes for governance meetings
- Ensure timely follow-up on action items and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to support governance activities
- Assist in the preparation of briefing materials and presentations
- Support compliance with internal governance policies and procedures
- Native-level English speaker (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in administrative or governance support roles, ideally in an international or non-profit setting
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
