After Sales Assistant (CDD 8 months)

For a CDD (September to End of April 2026), we are looking for an After Sales Assistant to work at 60% rate in our headquarters in Satigny, Geneva.
Main responsibilities:
- Receiving defective devices and forwarding them to suppliers (following process in Oracle).
- Edition of RMA, supplier’s PO, quotes for repair, sales orders in Oracle.
- Follow-up of repairs with suppliers.
- Follow-up of repairs in all service centers – Reporting to ABO.
- Follow-up of quality issues with ABO & GVU.
- Follow technical requests on ticket platform and assign tickets.
- Contact with suppliers.
- Contact with customers about the repair status.
- For technical requests from customers, be in contact with dedicated engineers from Geneva & Prague.
- Support Project Managers and Sales Managers.
- Inventory of after sales stock in December.
- Order material from Prague or from external suppliers including shipment preparation.
- Knowledge of Oracle is a real plus.
- French & English mandatory.
- Knowledge of Excel and office in general.
