[ref. p97650222] Package Lead - CSA - Pharma Construction
- - Lead CSA construction package for pharma laboratory and office retrofit, including structural modifications, architectural finishes, and civil infrastructure works
- Interface with architects, structural engineers, and civil consultants to resolve design issues, review submittals, and ensure pharma facility compliance
- Supervise civil, structural, and architectural contractors; ensure adherence to pharma construction standards and clean room requirements
- Coordinate structural modifications with existing building systems, assess load impacts, and ensure structural integrity during renovation activities
- Oversee installation of pharma-grade finishes, clean room panels, specialized flooring, and architectural elements meeting cGMP standards
- Manage civil works including drainage modifications, utility routing, foundation work, and site improvements to support laboratory operations
- Ensure all CSA work complies with building codes, pharma facility requirements, and accessibility standards
- Maintain as-built drawings, structural calculations, architectural specifications, and coordinate turnover packages for CSA elements
- - Minimum 8-10 years construction experience with 5+ years in pharma, laboratory, or regulated industry projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of pharma facility construction, clean room architecture, structural systems, and civil infrastructure
- Understanding of pharma facility design standards, cGMP construction requirements, and clean room classification protocols
- Proven experience leading CSA packages on complex construction projects with coordination of multiple trades
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related technical discipline
