Senior Manager Strategic Procurement & CAPEX (a)

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with operational needs, supplier quality, and cost optimisation targets
• Manage the end-to-end Capex process: planning, budgeting, approvals, execution, and supplier selection
• Drive tooling investment and lifecycle strategies, including site-wide planning and inter-site utilisation
• Oversee inventory policies and optimisation across regional sites to ensure availability while controlling cost and obsolescence
• Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders (Production, Engineering, Finance) and external suppliers
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory frameworks through audits and continuous improvement
• Lead and develop a regional team across procurement and inventory functions, fostering accountability and cross-functional collaboration

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in procurement and supply chain, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong background in Capex management, supplier negotiation, and inventory control
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial production, or other complex technical environments
• Solid command of ERP systems (ideally SAP) and advanced data analysis capabilities
• Fluent in English; other European languages such as German or French are an advantage
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills, team leadership experience, and business acumen
