Onboarding Specialist

Aufgaben

Conduct customer onboarding, due diligence, regular reviews of customer documents, periodic KYC and formality checks, World-Check AML checks and compliance updates / Carrying out new customer onboarding and due diligence of their dossiers as well as regular reviews of the dossiers of existing customers / Ensuring customer identity and risk-oriented compliance as well as identifying potential risks on the basis of internal standards and regulatory requirements / Conducting risk research using special research tools and, if necessary, triggering the escalation process when incidents are identified / Monitoring innovative industry best practices and regulatory newsletters / Collaborating with internal teams on Group projects / Contributing to the optimisation of the department's processes and tools / Ad hoc projects.

Qualifikation

HF, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Business Law / Experience in a private bank in the area of onboarding or compliance / Good knowledge of onboarding and client due diligence processes, complemented by expertise in CDB 20, KYC or AML compliance / Interest in conducting research and KYC/ALM compliance checks / Sound knowledge of regulatory guidelines and quality standards in a private bank / Analytical personality with attention to detail / Quick perception and networked thinking / Structured, fast and precise way of working / Team and client-oriented working style / Good organisational, communication and social skills / IT flair and good MS Office skills / German and English.
