Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies, and maintaining fruitful relationships with clients.

Vos missions

Lead Generation:

  • Generate new business leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

Client Engagement:

  • Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their business needs and present our services or products effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.

Proposal Development:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentations that address client requirements.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition and unique selling points of our products or services.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Close deals and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.

Strategic Partnerships:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic partnerships that enhance the company's offerings and market reach.
  • Collaborate with external organizations to create joint ventures or alliances.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all business development activities, including client interactions, proposals, and contracts.
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and business development progress.
Vos compétences
  • Experience in business development or sales
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Knowledge of the building construction industry
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to speak German fluently
