Requirements

Your Role at LatticeFlow AI ♟️

As a Senior Account Executive at LatticeFlow AI, you will drive revenue growth by building and managing relationships with enterprise customers. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing, with a focus on delivering value and long-term business relationships.

Additionally, you will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure customer needs are met, while contributing to strategy, forecasting, and pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive New Business: Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise accounts across target industries.
  • Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Own opportunities from initial outreach and qualification through demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
  • Build Trusted Relationships: Develop long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and executive sponsors.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product, marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success to align customer needs with company capabilities.
  • Forecast & Report Accurately: Maintain a strong pipeline, deliver accurate sales forecasts, and track activities in the CRM.
  • Achieve & Exceed Quotas: Consistently hit or surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Represent the Company Externally: Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Contribute to Strategy: Provide customer and market feedback to help shape go-to-market strategy, product roadmap, and sales best practices.

What you’ll bring to our team?

Required
  • 3–4 years of experience selling AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions, ideally with exposure to modern AI platforms.
  • Strong understanding of AI governance, compliance, and risk management, able to confidently discuss responsible AI, model validation, and regulatory requirements with customers.
  • Proven track record of driving complex enterprise sales cycles and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Familiarity with modern AI/ML technologies (e.g., model training, deployment, monitoring, or explainability) and their impact on enterprise adoption.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills at executive level.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong CRM discipline and data-driven sales approach.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in or strong affinity with technical fields such as data science, machine learning, or enterprise software.
  • Experience selling into regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, government) where AI governance and compliance are critical.
  • Familiarity with AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, GDPR, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, etc.).

  • Strong motivation, self-drive, and a desire to work in an energetic and fast-paced environment.
  • Solid communication skills verbal and written with the ability to support technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive and mentality for getting things done.
