Office Manager (m/w/d) 100%
  • You greet clients and visitors in a friendly and helpful manner, assisting them with office orientation
  • You ensure office security by managing badges and maintaining visitor logs
  • You handle various administrative tasks such as copying, note-taking, travel arrangements, and provide support to colleagues
  • You prepare meeting and training rooms and answer phone calls professionally
  • You schedule appointments, manage building requests, and coordinate meetings and events
  • You assist in creating presentations, coordinate travel, manage office supplies, and support the onboarding of new employees

qualifications

Your profile:

  • 3+ years of office manager experience (Ideally in a comparable role)
  • Fluent in German and EnglishAttention to accuracy and detail
  • Effective communication skills and strong problem-solving skills
  • Energetic, motivated, and team-oriented
  • Strong interest in learning new or improving existing skills, and suggesting process improvements
  • Ability to function well in a high-expectation/low-oversight environment, and independent thinker and self-starter
  • Ability to prioritize activities while working on multiple projects and achieve target
deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
  • High level of confidentiality
