Senior Operational Risk Analyst
Aufgaben
As a member of the OpRisk&BCM team, responsible for monitoring the OpRisk&BCM standards and risk management systems applicable worldwide / Further development of the OpRisk&BCM framework worldwide and monitoring of the lifecycle of the subsystems / Ensuring OpRisk&BCM framework at all locations worldwide and monitoring crisis management organization, their central stakeholders and further development of the OpRisk&BCM manuals / Responsible for parts of the internal reporting with the evaluation and comment of the risk data / Support of internal and external auditors / Participation in the organization of trainings, applied trainings and tests / Risk management projects resulting from the business situation.
Qualifikation
Master or Bachelor / CPA, CIA or ACCA as an advantage / Professional experience at an international bank or insurance company in Risk Management or Auditing / Knowledge of the processes of an international bank or insurance company / Analytical personality with attention to detail, without losing sight of the big picture / Autonomous personality doing critical assessments / Interest in solution and customer oriented consulting / High sense of responsibility and quality / Team and communication skills / Persuasiveness and assertiveness / IT flair for familiarization with special software / Skilled in using MS-Office with focus on Excel and PP / German and English.
