International Product Manager - Neurology (m/f/d)
As a first-tier supplier to our renowned business partner, Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz, we are immediately seeking a motivated and dedicated International Product Manager - Neurology for a temporary assignment of one year with the possibility of extension.
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to drive the development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of innovative in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) solutions in the field of Neurology. This pivotal role requires a strong understanding of the IVD business, exceptional collaborative skills, and the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and external partners. You'll be instrumental in navigating products from early development to successful market entry and beyond, fostering key relationships with pharmaceutical companies and regional affiliates.
Your Responsibilities- Pharma Partner Collaboration: Build and nurture strong partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, accelerating biomarker discovery, validation, and clinical integration for Neurology solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
- Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from early development and clinical validation to market launch, ensuring seamless coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholder alignment.
- Market Development & Commercialization: Drive integrated strategies for market access, awareness, and adoption. Coordinate resources for health economics models, educational programs, and advocacy efforts to ensure optimal global market positioning.
- Regional & Local Engagement: Collaborate directly with prioritized affiliates and regions to enable local partnerships, driving the utilization and successful commercialization of specific diagnostic tests.
- Post-Launch Support & Product Evolution: Manage post-launch activities, including product updates, issue resolution, and ongoing customer support, evolving offerings based on market feedback and strategic goals.
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead and influence diverse internal teams (R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, CDMA, GA&P, Commercial) to achieve product objectives and foster seamless collaboration.
- Early Development: Drive the early assessment of new disease areas and the entrepreneurial development of fitting IVD/assay solutions, serving as a key referent for cross-functional teams.
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Science
- At least 3 years of experience in the IVD industry, with demonstrated commercial role experience
- Excellent presentation skills, a strong commercial mindset, and a proactive, results-driven approach
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and a foundational understanding of AI.
- Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
- A positive, collaborative, flexible, and adaptable attitude, with a genuine desire to contribute and make a difference

- Experience in business development
- Prior experience in an IVD sales position within a country
- An MBA
- A scientific background in Neurology
- Understanding of project management principles
