Senior DevSecOps Engineer

Develop and refine automation scripts to improve and streamline CI/CD pipelines.
- Support deployment activities through the creation and validation of Kubernetes/OpenShift scripts.
- Maintain and enhance the toolchain used for development (build tools, IDEs, container platforms, etc.).
- Provide technical guidance to developers throughout the software lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and internal standards, with proper documentation.
- Optimize and fine-tune systems such as logging frameworks, ETL processes, API management platforms, and NoSQL databases.
- Analyze application performance and sizing requirements, identifying areas for optimization.
- Perform root cause analysis to resolve incidents and prevent recurrence.
- Degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent education.
- Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in a DevSecOps role.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD platforms (ideally Azure DevOps), container orchestration (Kubernetes, preferably OpenShift), and scripting (shell).
- Previous development background, ideally with Microsoft .NET, plus exposure to at least one of the following: Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, or an API management solution.
- Ability to approach IT ecosystems with a broad, holistic mindset.
- Practical, problem-solving attitude with strong hands-on skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
