HR Coordinator (French and English)

HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems
- Prepare HR-related documentation (contracts, amendments, letters)
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries
- Support HR initiatives such as engagement surveys, training sessions, and internal communications
- Assist in organizing employee events and wellness activities
- Generate regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, absence)
- Support audits and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
- Monitor and track mandatory trainings and certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in an HR support role, ideally within FMCG or a fast-paced industry
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors)
- Knowledge of Swiss labor law is a plus
