To strengthen our IT Operations team, we are looking for a highly motivated and service-oriented:

IT Support Field Agent 100%

• Provide first and second level IT support to employees at headquarters
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate support level
• Troubleshooting owned incidents and applying corrective actions
• Manage tickets and service requests using the incident management system
• Install, maintain, and decommission hardware and software
• Ensure availability and maintenance of the local IT infrastructure
• Create and maintain user documentation, manuals, and training materials
• Restore service quality in a timely and efficient manner

• Federal diploma in IT or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in an equivalent function
• Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and network technologies
• Familiar with ITIL principles
• Service-minded IT generalist with a structured and proactive working style
• Native French or German speaker with very good command of the other language; strong English skills (spoken and written)
• Team-oriented, resilient, and able to work independently
• Strong priority and time management skills and committed to continuous learning
