DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
- Gérer des travaux de manutention et de déménagement (administratif et industriel)
- Réaliser diverses tâches liées aux métiers du bâtiment (serrurerie, peinture, électricité, etc...)
- Coordonner et assurer le suivi des travaux et des prestataires
- Participer aux tâches d'intendance générale
- Gérer les stocks en lien avec les activités
- Titulaire d'un CFC avec plusieurs années d'expérience dans un métier du bâtiment ou dans l'entretien des bâtiments ou facility
- Permis de conduire catégorie B au minimum et permis cariste
- Connaissances transverses dans les métiers du bâtiment
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques
- Rigoureux et discret avec une bonne condition physique
- Sens des responsabilités, aptitude à travailler seul ou en équipe
- Polyvalent, flexible, dynamique et créatif
