Customer Service Specialist for an International Group
Work tasks- Register new contracts and amendments in the ERP system.
- Process and book customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Management team.
- Act as a communication link between customers and internal departments.
- Advanced knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused approach
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and flexible attitude
