Programme Assistant - Temporary mission for 6 months

Organize and support working groups and webinars.
  • Assist with communications, including newsletters and social media coordination.
  • Help implement and manage CRM systems for partner engagement.
  • Support onboarding and recruitment of new partner organizations.
  • Contribute to the development of toolkits, templates, and user guides.
  • Conduct research and assist in drafting content for knowledge resources.
  • Support reporting processes and help develop performance indicators.
Support stakeholder engagement and resource developmentIdeal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, or a admin field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, programme coordination, or training development.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., French or Spanish) are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a multicultural team.
