- At least 2 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, programme coordination, or training development.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., French or Spanish) are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a multicultural team.
