Executive Assistant - Temp for 3 months

Our client is an international company.
Missions- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and support executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as required.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills in English (French is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle pressure with grace.
- A high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
