Associate Specialist, Communications (NGO) Temporary

Contribute to the planning, drafting and production of major corporate publications
- Draft and edit high‑quality executive communications (speeches, talking points, reports)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to synthesize complex technical content
- Translate information into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences
- Ensure consistency of messaging and alignment with organizational priorities
- Coordinate inputs, feedback and revisions across multiple stakeholders
- University degree in journalism, communications, public relations, international development or a related field
- Experience in communications and/or public relations, ideally within a large or international organization
- NGO experience is a strong advantage
- Strong writing, editing and stakeholder‑management skills
- Proven ability to work in a multicultural and matrixed environment
- Excellent knowledge of English is essential
- Good working knowledge of French is highly desirable
- Knowledge of additional languages is an asset
