Provide administrative support to the Legal Department, including document preparation and filing.
  • Coordinate and manage legal correspondence in both French and English.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of contracts and legal documents.
  • Maintain and update internal legal databases and records accurately.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the legal team.
  • Ensure compliance with internal legal processes and external regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding legal matters.
  • Support other ad-hoc legal and administrative tasks as required.

A successful Legal Assistant Try & Hire should have:
