- Coordinate and manage legal correspondence in both French and English.
- Assist in the preparation and review of contracts and legal documents.
- Maintain and update internal legal databases and records accurately.
- Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the legal team.
- Ensure compliance with internal legal processes and external regulations.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding legal matters.
- Support other ad-hoc legal and administrative tasks as required.
