Logistics and Fulfillment Coordinator (80-100%)

To support our continued growth and the expansion of our operations into new markets, we are looking for a Logistics and Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team in Zürich.
The Logistics and Fulfillment Coordinator supports end-to-end order fulfillment operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of wholesale orders. Working directly under the Fulfillment Manager, this role coordinates with internal teams and external logistics partners to manage order flow, shipping documentation, and billing processes across international markets.
This role offers significant scope for growth as INUIKII expands internationally (EU, US), with the opportunity to take on broader responsibility in distribution over time.
Tasks- Create and manage purchase orders (POs) and advance shipping notices (ASNs) in SAP Business One
- Oversee order release processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with a 3PL partner (NL)
- Prepare and verify export and import documentation in line with international trade requirements
- Support VAT and customs compliance for cross-border EU flows
- Monitor fulfillment activities and proactively track warehouse outputs and shipment status
- Support and execute billing processes by validating fulfillment data and ensuring alignment with finance requirements
- Handle returns logistics flows in coordination with Customer Service and the 3PL
- Maintain accurate data entry across systems related to orders, shipments, and inventory movements
- Act as a key point of contact between fulfillment, customer service, sales, and finance teams
- Identify and resolve operational discrepancies or delays in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of fulfillment SOPs and process documentation
- 2–3+ years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, or billing operations
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus) and warehouse/distribution center processes
- Solid understanding of import/export documentation and international shipping procedures**, ideally including cross-border EU flows**
- Exposure to 3PL coordination is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of billing workflows and financial data validation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and operational execution
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English; working-level German is a plus
- Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable in execution
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working in environments where processes are still being built and refined, not only following established frameworks
- Curious about the "why" behind processes, not only the "how"
- Good understanding of supply chain and wholesale order management (experience preferred)
- Strong coordination skills across cross-functional teams and external partners (e.g., 3PLs)
- Quality-driven, with a habit of reviewing and validating own work
