International Client Marketing Director
Overview
Within the International Marketing, Communication and Client Department, reporting to the Senior Vice President Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for defining and leading a long-term vision and strategic orientations for the International Client Marketing team.You will lead a central team of Directors and their teams to ensure the timely delivery of strategic planning, development , implementation and monitoring phase of each project.
In this function, you will drive 4 key missions :
- Client Marketing Strategic Planning : Drive the translation of the Client Marketing strategy into concrete projects and roadmaps whilst fostering accountability within the team, regions & markets for timely delivery of results.
- Ambassador of the Client Marketing Activity : Lead the Client Marketing team towards a strong culture of collaborative working methods at each stage of a project – to build and nurture our internal partnerships and directly lead key Maison transformation programs.
- Strategic Project Management : Lead the key Maison’s transformation programs such as Client Marketing Platform, the Digital Marketing Transformation, the People and Product Uni ID, the Client & Product Services offer and Cartier Care.
- Build and Empower the teams : encourage leadership and creativity from every chair, leveraging individual strengths and leveraging all levels of talent.
Job Profile
You have solid professional experience (15-20 yrs) in Client marketing related topics with the ability to lead, build and implement strategies in a collaborative way, in an international fast-paced environment.
You have an excellent client orientation and analytical and innovative mindset. You demonstrate a high command of change management, with the capability to manage multiple and strategic projects simultaneously.
You have cultivated good listening, influencing and communication skills, and the ability to establish and foster strong relationships across the organization at all levels.
You have the ability to manage multiple executive stakeholders within the organization (Richemont and Cartier).
You possess excellent managerial skills with the aptitude to engage and empower.
This role requires fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
