Our client is a Swiss Company based in Versoix.
Missions- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 HR Specialists across various HR functions.
- Supervise and ensure the delivery of day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, employee relations, and compliance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and business leaders on HR matters.
- Manage conflict resolution and employee relations with discretion and professionalism.
- Drive HR initiatives aligned with business needs, including talent management and organizational development.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and compliant with Swiss labor law.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting trust and transparency.
- Support change management and organizational transitions as needed.
- Proven experience in HR Management role in Switzerland.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work closely with the business and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Available immediately or on short notice.
