Your role and responsibilities
Are you fascinated by HR topics and would like to gain first-hand experience in an international environment? For our team in Switzerland, we are looking for an HR enthusiastic and motivated graduate who would like to complete an internship starting in August 2025.

This position reports to the Team Lead Talent Acquisition Switzerland.- Contribute to delivering talent processes with special focus on recruitment
- Be an active part of our team and take partial responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment processes including kick-offs with hiring managers, candidate selection, communication, interviews and offer creation
- Assist in maintaining our applicant tracking system and database
- Collaborate with team members on recruitment strategies and initiatives
- Effectively partner with our businesses and key stakeholders ensuring processes and collaboration run smoothly and efficiently
- Actively contribute to team projects and initiatives
- Occasionally participate in Employer Branding activities
- Recently completed or currently pursuing a degree in Economics/Business Administration, Psychology, HR or a related field
- High level of initiative, structured working methods and joined-up thinking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-pace environment
- Curious mindset and passion for collaboration with different stakeholders
- Fluency in German and English
