You are looking for a team spirit environment focusing its energy on clients’ needs and satisfaction. You master German and English and a third language will be a strong plus.

What are expecting from you?

Supporting our sales team in the Zurich Boutique, you play a key role to ensure operational excellence behind the scenes in order for the boutique to deliver an enchanting and seamless client experience.

As part of the Boutique team, your role will be dedicated to two key aspects of boutique day-to-day:

  • Operations
  • Manage the stock (receptions, transfers, quality check, stock counts, specific pieces manipulation…)
  • Contribute to the document management (delivery notes, mails…)
  • Follow-up & prepare omnichannel orders
  • Ensure the back-office area is properly set-up
  • Comply with Maison’s policies, Group procedures and policies
  • Customer services
  • Manage the CS flows to/from the boutique
  • Check repairs list & inform the team on the status
  • Control all repairs (visual check) at reception
  • Manage spare parts & accessories (inventories, stock control, replenishment)
