- Build and manage short‑ and medium‑term supply plans aligned with operational and budget constraints.
- Translate demand forecasts into delivery schedules and continuously adjust based on real conditions.
- Plan and optimise multiple simultaneous maritime movements.
- Act as a key operational interface between planning, procurement, and logistics teams.
- Monitor inventory levels across multiple production and consumption sites.
- Consolidate operational data and maintain accuracy within internal planning systems.
- Identify gaps between planned and actual stocks and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate vessel scheduling with transport partners.
- Track shipments in real time and manage delays or operational incidents.
- Support rapid decision‑making in case of disruptions or emergencies.
- Anticipate operational risks linked to production variability or transport constraints.
- Deploy contingency plans to secure supply under crisis scenarios.
- Report incidents clearly and support management decision‑making.
- Individual contributor role with strong cross‑functional exposure.
- 5-7 years of experience in commodities, logistics, or operational planning.
- Strong analytical skills, resilience under pressure, and ability to manage complexity.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
