We are currently recruiting an experienced and highly professional House Manager to join a private family based in Geneva.

House Manager

• Location: Geneva, Switzerland
• Contract Type: Full-time, permanent
• Start Date: To be defined

• Oversee the overall coordination and efficient management of the household
• Manage day-to-day household administration and operations
• Supervise and coordinate household staff
• Ensure proper maintenance and organization of the property
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers
• Manage hospitality, events, and guest arrangements
• Provide general support to the family
• Act as the main point of contact for all household-related matters

• Proven experience as a House Manager or in a similar role within a private household
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Proactive, flexible, and service-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English (French is a strong advantage)
• Valid driving license is a plus
