Webmaster/Website Administrator assistant
WORLD PSYCHIATRIC ASSOCIATION Thônex
Oversee and manage all aspects of the Association's website using CMS (e.g Wordpress) ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and refelects organization's mission.
- Work with the Director, the Executive Committee (Education, Memberships, Events, IT...) to regularly publish and update content such as guidelines, members, resources, webinar, publications, policy statements.
- Maintain the website's integration with the Association Management System, event registration platforms, member logins, portals, and payment systems.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards
- Monitor and improve website performance, usability
- Manage web analytics
- Maintain website security and compliance with privacy, accessibility, and data protection regulations.
- Optimize content for search engines and assist in digital campaign tracking.
- Conduct regular audits to add/remove outdated content and improvve information architecture.
- Support projects such as microsites, launches, redesigns, or technology migration if required.
- Experience working with Infomaniak
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms
- Understanding of ADA website accessibility
- Knowledge of web security and GDPR compliance issues
