EMEA Benefits Specialist

Develop and implement benefits strategies that align with company goals.
- Conduct research and benchmarking to maintain competitive benefits offerings.
- Oversee daily operations of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Benefits Administrator to resolve employee and system issues.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and ensure compliance.
- Create and implement communication strategies to educate employees about their benefits.
- Participate in initiatives with broad business impact.
- Organize training sessions and events related to benefits.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- French and English fluency needed
- Understanding of company products and business processes.
