HWM Merchandising Manager
As part of the HQ Retail excellence department and reporting to International Retail Excellence Director, you will be in charge of ensuring commercial optimization of our HWM stock presence within our retail networks.
In a consistent quest for productivity and Maison high-end positioning reinforcement, you will ensure alignment between business priorities and stock allocation, in collaboration with Supply Chain Teams. In this highly transversal role, you will be the guarantor of total alignment between Maison products launch calendar and commercial retail activations calendar to enhance our Maison strategy towards high end clienteles.
By collaborating with various functions and markets, you will play an instrumental role in growing our HWM business and act as a referent to support on a daily basis our network and ensure each creation is at the right place, at the right time.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
ENSURE COMMERCIAL OPTIMISATION OF HWM STOCK- Define, in collaboration with Supply Chain and Marketing Teams, HWM stock target for key boutiques to execute stock concentration strategy and maximize stock productivity in defined boutique locations
- Define HWM assortment, in collaboration with Supply Chain and Marketing Teams, for all “events” HWM stock requirements
- Optimise stock performance at boutique or channel levels to ensure sales performance, support Maison visibility and maintain the right in-store stock immobilization timings
- Build and share reporting for top management and regions to ensure full commercial leverage of HWM stock for the Maison
- Drive HWM Maison platform fill-up and maintenance to ensure reliability and availability of the tool
- Participate to PLC analysis and decisions processes
- Participate to HWM forecasts internal meetings and coordinate with related stakeholders
- Pipeline allocations and prioritisations
- Key contact for markets questions
- Direct link with Supply chain and Manufacture teams for all stock related questions including product care
- Animate Weekly HWM operations updates to our regional teams
- Active member of Monthly HWM sales and operations committee
- Part of 3 Year plan construction working teams
- Part of international events taskforces
- 3 to 5 years commercial and operations experience in luxury industry
- Client centric mindset with proven track record in building efficient processes
- Strong figures understanding and analysis skills (Excel)
- Entrepreneur, pragmatic, result-oriented with strong presentation skills
- Collaborative, team player passionate about fine watchmaking
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
