Contract Duration: ASAP until 31.12.2025

We are looking for a GK OMNI POS Consultant to support the configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of GK OPOS systems across central and boutique retail environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and deploy GK OmniPOS systems
- Provide Level 2 support and system monitoring
- Troubleshoot POS issues and document findings (KT articles)
- Guide end users during incidents and escalations
- Define business requirements and functional specs for POS enhancements
- Analyze business processes and complete report specifications
- Collaborate on SAP Retail integration (SAP SD, Sales Orders, Pricing, Outputs)
Required Skills:
- Proven experience with GK OPOS
- Strong SQL knowledge (mandatory)
- .NET and PowerShell/Bash scripting (nice to have)
- Experience in SAP Retail and POS interface integration
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
