We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Engineer (Java) with software and system engineering skills!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the reliability of our software while working in a dynamic environment, driven by customers' requirements.

Your tasks- Working on numerous Java Spring applications running on many hosts on multiple environments
- Working with customers on new requirements and change requests
- Incident response to diagnose and address customer concerns
- Continuous Improvement of the architecture, build, deployment- and monitoring process
- Migration of all services into cloud-enabled services
- Providing knowledge transfer to the 1st level support team for operational topics
Requirements
Your profile- 4+ years of experience in the development and deployment of applications (Java, Spring, Linux)
- Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills
- DevOps engineering skills (deployments, release management, operations) and experience with relational databases and SQL
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) required, German is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or software engineering or relevant field
