Act as a Trusted HR Partner
- Serve as the primary HR contact for managers and staff within the Operations function.
- Provide clear, pragmatic advice on people‑related matters such as workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and organizational changes.
- Support leaders in making fair, consistent, and timely people decisions aligned with organizational values.
- Manage and coordinate HR activities across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding.
- Work closely with HR partners, shared service teams, and specialists to ensure smooth execution and consistent service delivery.
- Contribute actively to recruitment processes, ensuring roles are filled efficiently and new hires are well integrated.
- Track service quality, identify bottlenecks, and improve HR processes to make them more efficient and user‑friendly.
- Coach managers on leadership practices, team dynamics, and performance conversations.
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and respectful working environment where people feel supported and engaged.
- Promote employee wellbeing, psychological safety, and constructive dialogue across teams.
- Support the resolution of team challenges and interpersonal issues with professionalism and discretion.
- Ensure HR practices comply with internal frameworks, employment regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Handle sensitive cases with care, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
- Contribute to consistent and transparent HR decision‑making across the department.

Experience and Background- A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; professional HR certification is an asset.
- Around 7-10 years of professional experience, including several years in HR roles with a strong operational focus.
- Proven experience working in complex, international, or matrix‑based organizations.
- Solid knowledge of core HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and workforce planning.
- Familiarity with employment law; knowledge of Swiss labor law is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
- A pragmatic, solution‑oriented approach with a strong sense of accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain effective in a fast‑paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Comfort working across cultures and with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and follow‑up.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Confidence using HR systems and digital tools to support efficient ways of working.
