- Design and develop data products that deliver operational and business value
- Build robust, cloud-based data pipelines that convert raw data into curated, business-relevant datasets
- Develop dashboard cockpits that consolidate KPIs and critical data to support strategic and operational decisions
- Analyze aircraft and maintenance data to uncover predictive maintenance opportunities and build corresponding models
- Collaborate cross-functionally, sharing knowledge and supporting other teams on their data challenges

- Master's degree in Data Science, Physics, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in building data pipelines and dashboards
- Proficiency in programming (Python, SQL)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Solid understanding and practical experience with cloud (Google Cloud, Azure), incl. data architecture and CI/CD
- Familiarity with Terraform is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, ability to convey complex technical topics in clear, business-relevant language
- A proactive self-starter who thrives working in complex, evolving environments
- Collaborative, solution-oriented, growth-minded
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Experience in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus
- Knowledge of airline/aircraft industry is advantageous
