As the Head of Retention & Prevention B2B within the Customer Value Management Team, you have the unique opportunity to shape our retention strategies and make a significant impact from the very beginning. You will work closely with us to develop and implement strategic plans aimed at retaining our valuable B2B customers, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Retention Strategy: Identify critical factors contributing to customer attrition and design targeted retention strategies to mitigate them in alignment with the organization's objectives and values.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead a high-performance tactical team dedicated to customer retention and success based in Switzerland, ensuring their alignment with strategic objectives. Supervise and synchronize the activities of the operational team abroad.
- Performance Data Analysis and Insights: Operating in-depth analyses utilizing data analytics to identify improvement areas and create actionable recommendations. Develop reports, set clear performance goals, and monitor metrics to enhance retention strategies and satisfaction. Regularly present KPIs, churn rates, saved revenue, and retention effectiveness to senior management.
- Budget Management: Accountable for overseeing the churn budget, ensuring the implementation of cost-effective strategies. Monitor and report on the financial outcomes of retention initiatives.
YOUR SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar field.
- At least 3 years of proven leadership experience with international teams in a telecom environment or similar.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in leveraging complex data to make clear recommendations
- Ability to drive customer lifecycle improvements based on feedback, data trends, and competitive benchmarking
- Advanced technical knowledge of B2B telecom products and enterprise solutions (cloud, security, automation, UCC, analytics).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
