About us:
Foldini is born in Zürich - a food concept that reimagines Italian pasta traditions with creativity, freshness, and soul.
In February to April 2026, we’ll open the doors of our first pop-up at Zürich Main Station (HB), a place to share our love for pasta fresca, good energy and great culinary experiences rooted in simplicity.
This is just the beginning. We’re dreaming much bigger: bringing Foldini and our meals to new cities and new people. Exploring new flavours and combinations. Always with the same spirit as on day one.

Tasks
The job you’ll be doing:
Join Foldini’s pop-up team and gain hands-on experience in a modern food concept focused on pasta fresca.
You’ll rotate between kitchen, service, and operations — learning how to cook, serve, organise, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
As a founders’ team, we want to contribute to your journey – Foldini has plenty of flexibility to give you a great learning curve and significant responsibilities.
Responsibilities and tasks that you master:
- Prepare and cook pasta dishes, sauces and garnishes
- Serve customers and assist with take-out service
- Support with daily operations and customer flow
- Keep kitchen and service areas clean and organised
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards
Requirements
Skills, experience and qualifications that you bring with you:
- Currently enrolled in a hospitality or culinary program (mandatory internship)
- Passion for food, service, and teamwork
- Friendly, flexible, and proactive attitude
- Reliable, organised, and eager to learn
- Languages: German and/or English
