Design and produce high-quality investment and marketing documents based on existing content
- Rework and visually enhance complex financial materials
- Ensure strong layout, typography, visual hierarchy and consistency
- Prepare documents for professional printing and digital distribution
- Apply strict brand, quality and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Investment and Communication functions
- Handle multiple deliverables in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Graphic Design - Adobe InDesign ExpertiseProven experience in banking, asset management, or family office
Professional Background- Proven experience in private banking, asset management, investment banking or family office
- Solid understanding of how a banking institution operates
- Comfortable working in a regulated environment
- Strong background in graphic design / communication design / marketing design
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign (essential)
- Illustrator and Photoshop are strong advantages
- Excellent attention to detail and sense of visual structure
- Experience producing documents for high-end professional printing
- French: fluent (C1 level minimum)
- English: fluent (C1 level minimum)
- Any other language is a plus
