Tasks- Ensure compliance with financial regulations (corporate governance, internal organization rules, AML/CFT, and conduct rules) in the banking, securities trading, and collective investment scheme sectors.
- Assist and advise financial intermediaries in the authorization process with supervisory authorities or self-regulatory bodies.
- Lead special assignments to determine regulatory obligations or address regulatory violations.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of a wide range of clients.
- Join a dynamic and diverse team in a rapidly growing sector.
- A Master's degree in business law, a diploma in compliance management, and/or a bar admission are assets.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in the banking or financial sector is required; experience at a Big Four firm is a plus.
- Native French speaker with a good command of English is required.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate, enjoys teamwork, and thrives in client-facing roles. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills are essential.
