Job Description
In this position, you will be part of the Environmental Monitoring (EM) and Microbiology teams. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Perform routine EM activities in classified manufacturing areas, including air, surface, and personnel monitoring
- Conduct microbiological testing, including bioburden, endotoxin, BacT, and plate reading activities
- Review test results, identify atypical findings, and support investigations as required
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of GMP documentation and laboratory records
- Support equipment readiness, calibration activities, and routine laboratory operations
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Manufacturing teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence
Qualifications
For this interesting position, we are looking for someone with:
- An apprenticeship (EFZ) as a Laboratory Technician in Biology, Chemistry, or Microbiology, or a Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in a relevant scientific discipline
- Ideally two years of professional experience in a GMP environment
- Familiarity with sample collection within controlled environments
- Experience in consumables and laboratory material management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
- Fluent in English, German is a plus

This is a full time permanent position with Eurofins PSS, providing services at the client site.
