Data Governance Specialist
Aufgaben
Maintain and evolve a robust data and AI governance framework / Evolve data governance metrics and KPIs / Monitor data quality KPIs to ensure transparency / Work with data domain owners and product teams to embed governance into their workflows / Support in the implementation of data architecture and governance models that enable shared data management with centralized governance / Manage the data classification and identification process along the data lifecycle / Participate in data quality projects / Collaborate with legal and compliance departments, including data protection, risk management, IT, IT security / Ensure data availability, integrity and confidentiality by enforcing data management policies, -standards and procedures to mitigate risk in data management practices / Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements and improve data quality and integrity across the organization / Conduct training and awareness programs to promote a data-driven culture within the bank and foster a risk-aware mindset / Prepare reports with relevant risk and leadership metrics for senior management.
Qualifikation
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or Engineering / Experience in data lifecycle, data quality or data governance in an international bank, in a Big Four as an IT auditor or in consulting multinational companies / Experience with the regulatory environment of a bank, especially with the regulation of critical data management (FINMA) / Knowledge of GDPR and international data governance or data protection frameworks / Analytical personality with problem-solving skills / Experience in agile project environments and cross-functional collaboration / Team oriented with communication and presentation skills / Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders / Excellent communication skills in English and German.
