Supply Chain Systems Specialist (m/f/d)
The selected candidate plays a key role in helping the Supply Chain team successfully start using new planning systems. This person works closely with teams like Supply Chain, IT, Demand Planning, and others. The main goal of the role is to make sure the new systems are smoothly integrated and used effectively by leading change efforts and providing strong training support.
- Designs and delivers training programs, maintains user manuals and guides, and ensures timely communication of updates and process changes.
- Promotes continuous learning through reviews, updated materials, and ongoing development initiatives to align with organizational goals.
- Monitors user engagement, identifies adoption barriers, and implements corrective actions to increase system usage and effectiveness.
- Conducts change and readiness assessments, creates behavioral reinforcement plans, and manages stakeholder engagement to support transitions.
- Develops structured communication strategies, conducts impact assessments, and mitigates resistance through targeted interventions.
- Organizes team workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster collaboration and build internal planning competencies.
- Establishes support systems post-deployment, track performance with KPIs, and continuously refine training and processes for improvement
- Identifies and leverages external tools to enhance planning effectiveness and support internal capability development.
- Develops a governance framework and proactive risk mitigation strategies to support sustainable system adoption and change initiatives.

To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate must have:
- Successfully bachelor's degree in management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technology adoption, system implementation, supply chain management and/or change management.
- Proven knowledge and experience in Power BI.
- Excellent command of English (both written and oral).
- Proven ability to address technical challenges and drive sustainable solutions.
- Hands-on expertise in equipment lifecycle management and production systems.
- Experience in leading organizational change and transformation in supply chain organizations.
- Proven experience with system adoption and large-scale training programs.
- Strong understanding of planning tools and processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in documentation management.
- Proven experience in supply chain planning and data analysis
