As Marketing Growth Manager, you will take on a key role in driving our growth and opening up new markets. You will combine data-driven marketing and sales expertise with a deep understanding of our customers to sustainably expand our market leadership.

• Testing, developing, and implementing lead generation campaigns and growth channels.
• Optimizing landing pages, funnels, and conversion rates (CRO, A/B testing).
• Designing customer journeys that turn prospects into active users and buyers.
• Developing nurturing programs and automated campaigns to drive customer retention.
• Building KPI dashboards, tracking, and reporting across all channels, funnel steps, and activities.
• Continuously running hypothesis tests and experiments to identify new growth levers.
• Collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product to develop growth loops.

• Experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation (B2B experience is a plus).
• Proven track record in lead generation, funnel optimization, and conversion improvement.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (CRM, marketing automation, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Analytics).
• Analytical mindset combined with creativity and a strong “test & learn” mentality.
• Team player with a hands-on approach, eager to take responsibility in a scale-up environment.
• Excellent German and English skills.
