Trust Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer a portfolio of trusts, foundations, and underlying companies
• Liaise with clients, lawyers, tax advisors, banks, and other third parties
• Draft minutes, trustee resolutions, and other trust documentation
• Process payments, maintain records, and ensure accurate bookkeeping
• Monitor compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
• Support onboarding of new structures and periodic reviews (KYC/AML)
• Assist with annual reviews, tax reporting, and audit requests

You have 3 years experience in a TrustYou speak fluently English

Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in trust administration in Switzerland or a comparable jurisdiction
• Solid understanding of trust and company structures, including regulatory and tax aspects
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); French or other languages are an asset
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities
• Team-oriented with a client-centric mindset
• STEP qualification or in progress is a plus
